Registration Period

Your Account on this Website is valid for as long as you maintain a subscription. You may renew your subscriptions for additional periods of time either by subscribing online or other special offer access.

If you let your Account lapse without renewing it prior to the end of your current subscription Period as discussed above, you may reactivate your Account within the next six months without losing all your details.

Cancellation and refund policy 

You may cancel your membership at any time by not using the subscription service. User Accounts, membership, usernames and passwords are not transferable and not refundable.

Suspension or Termination of Account

Zhang Violin Institute reserves the right to suspend any Account that has been inactive for six (6) months or more. In addition, Zhang Violin Institute may terminate or suspend your Account and/or access to all or part of this Website and/or any products or services available through this Website in the event

• it determines after reasonable investigation that you have breached this User Agreement or that your conduct violates applicable law or is otherwise harmful to the interests of Zhang Violin Institute or other third parties, or 
• Zhang Violin Institute decided to cease its operations and/or its provision of any applicable products or services in connection with this Website.

Student Access

Student members can access and download video for their own learning purpose. There is weekly download limit applied to each account. Once you reach the download limit, you should have to wait for next week to refresh the download limit. They should not use Zhang Violin Institute materials for any other commercial use.

Teacher Access

Teacher members can access and download videos for their own teaching lessons and student concerts use. There is weekly download limit to teacher members, too. But they should not copy and distribute the video clips to students and other persons. They should not use Zhang Violin Institute materials for any other commercial use.

School Access

For the purpose of school online access and licences; A School is defined as any educational institution. A School subscription to Zhang Violin Institute applies to students of that school attending on a full-time or part-time basis.

User Code of Conduct

The Website is provided by Zhang Violin Institute and ICAN Software and is intended to be used in a safe and enjoyable fashion. You are responsible for the content of any material you enter on this Website. Users of this Website must not:

• Use this Website in such a way as to offend or interfere with the use by anyone else of this Website;
